Bar Menu - Main Menu

1. Menu Definition Menu is main choose list of various instruction on Bar Menu (Up Section) Turbo Pascal 7.1. window and consist of :  File, Edit, Search, Run, Compile, Debug, Tools, Options, Window, Help.
